Here is one of my all time favorite meals. Meatloaf was a staple in my house growing up. This version is a bit jazzed up from what I use to make back then. Fig and tomato glazed meatloaf, mashed sweet potatoes, garlic chili green beans, and a freshly made Parkerhouse roll.
